Hiii.. It's me again!

Just one thing you need to know - I'm a totally new person! (Geez.. I can't imagine
how much a person can change in one year!
As you know - I'm older now!
I will try make my own art - but I'm totally a beginner!
Maybe someone could use 10 minutes to tell me whitch program I have to use, and how?
Please, please? With schocolate, ice cream and whatever you like on?
